Howard Case is a Principal of Founders Capital Management and is President and Managing Partner of Case, Corrado, Yazmer & Company, P.C., a public accounting firm, where he has served as a business advisor and certified public accountant for almost 40 years. Howard’s expertise spans a wide range of fields including tax and estate planning, general business consulting, information technology consulting and deferred compensation and retirement planning. Additionally, he has been involved as a principal and advisor in the creation, purchase and sale of numerous businesses in the manufacturing, retailing, real estate and professional services industries. Howard is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jon Case is a Principal of Founders Capital Management. Over the past 20 years, Jon has founded, worked for, and served as an advisor to several closely-held businesses in the medical research, information technology, retailing and professional services industries. Most recently, Jon headed business development and established East coast operations for a Seattle-based professional services organization. Previously, he co-founded and served as Vice President of Finance and Business Development for a venture-backed biotechnology company. He has prior experience in the venture capital and small business consulting fields. Jon holds an MBA from the Wharton School and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Pat Terrion is a Principal of Founders Capital Management. Pat was previously President of The Terrion Group, an investment advisory firm he established in 1998 that merged with Founders Capital Management in 2004. Pat teaches in the Business School at the University of Connecticut where he is an instructor for a special topics course that provides selected students an opportunity to manage and invest a portion of the UCONN Endowment Fund. Pat also has experience at leadership positions with both small and large international businesses. He was an officer at British Airways, and served as a member of the Board for the BA North American Pension Fund.
